Job Description:

The role of a Product Owner is pivotal in driving product development from inception to completion.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that the product aligns with company objectives and drives innovation and success. Effective decision-making based on data analysis and understanding market and customer needs are crucial for achieving product success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to synchronize product strategy with overall business goals.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs
  • Listen to customer feedback and analyze user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and present product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively update them on progress
  • Create product specifications and user stories, working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure clear requirements
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on changing requirements
  • Continuously improve the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies
  • Support and mentor other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills
  • Gain a deep understanding of the product, track product metrics to measure success, and identify areas for improvement

Technical Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development
  • Solid understanding of the principles and psychology behind good UX
