Job Description:We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our user acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts in the crypto/web3 spaces.
This role will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive user growth and retention, defining customer segmentation and personalization strategies, optimizing digital performance marketing channels, building omnichannel campaigns aligned with business objectives, and conducting market analysis to identify trends and competitive landscape.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving user growth and retention through data-driven marketing strategies and excellent leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Create and Implement Effective Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Define Customer Segmentation and Personalization Strategies: Identify and segment target audiences, create personalized marketing campaigns, and optimize customer experiences.
- Optimize Digital Performance Marketing Channels: Manage and optimize digital advertising channels, including social media, search engines, and programmatic advertising.
- Build Omnichannel Campaigns: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and events.
- Conduct Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and user needs to inform marketing strategies and optimize results.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications: A degree in a relevant field is required. A master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 5-7 Years Progressive Marketing Experience: You should have at least 2 years of experience in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Strong Understanding of Blockchain Technology and Crypto Ecosystem: Knowledge of blockchain technology and the crypto ecosystem is a plus.
