About the Role

As a key player in our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of onsite activities across markets. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional and engaging shopping experience through our online store.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will serve as the revenue owner for Hong Kong and International online channels, driving growth and performance.
  • Regular performance reviews and site checks will be conducted to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Preparation of reports and updates for weekly reviews will also be part of your responsibilities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with teams will be required to implement optimisation actions.
  • Onsite refreshes across homepage, PLPs, CLPs, promotions, and campaigns will need to be executed smoothly.
  • Previews and checks will be conducted to ensure campaign readiness and a smooth customer journey.
  • Maintenance and update of onsite content such as banners, menus, search terms, and influencer/UGC features will be necessary.
  • Catalogue management including product mapping, copywriting, and content updates will require your attention.
  • Executional support for sale set-up and other marketing initiatives will be needed.
  • Requests from country teams will need to be managed and coordinated timely.

This role requires a passion for marketing and storytelling with a strong consumer instinct. You will work closely with Senior Executives for Merchandising and Marketing, as well as cross-functional teams, to keep our site updated, accurate, and optimised.
