Job Description:
  • We're seeking a skilled Digital Sales & Support Representative to join our team, providing top-notch service and support to customers throughout their shopping journey.

As a Digital Sales & Support Representative, your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and resolving any issues that may arise during the purchasing process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing prompt and professional assistance to customers via phone, live chat, email, and SMS.
  2. Recommended products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  3. Handling order inquiries, shipping, tracking, returns, and refunds with speed and accuracy.
  4. Representing our brand with professionalism, ensuring each customer experience reflects our values and standards.
  5. Recording and sharing customer feedback to improve internal processes and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or sales support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Shopify, Zendesk, or Gorgias is a plus.
  • Calm under pressure, comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
