Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing high-level customer service support.

  • Maintain professionalism with clients and staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service to establish a positive rapport with the client.
  • Answer and address all service calls in a timely manner.
  • Contribute as a team member to mitigate problems and issues.
Responsibilities:
  • Transcribe information into required electronic format.
  • Prepare, back-up, compile, update, and sort document data files into a prescribed computer database.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Assist Service Manager in resolving emergencies in a timely manner.
  • Oversee scheduling of service team and make recommendations to Service Manager for department needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable, and well-organized individual.
  • Ability to read and comprehend project technical and construction documents.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Keynote, and Adobe Acrobat.
