Project Lead Job Description

This role is fully remote, requiring clear and effective communication skills. The successful candidate will be integral to the success of the organization by launching new projects that include coordination and management of teams, planning and data analysis of program efficacy, streamlining communication with stakeholders, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. The Project Lead coordinates and manages teams, plans and analyzes program efficacy, and streamlines communication with stakeholders.
  2. Supports operational excellence by providing services to students and their families.
  3. Operates seamlessly in a virtual environment, maintaining high standards and delivering programs and initiatives for students and partners.
  4. Meets performance standards, provides virtual administrative support, and manages schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet efficiency targets.
  5. Manages virtual sessions, monitors progress, and ensures flawless execution of programs and initiatives.
  6. Conducts conferences with partner directors to review progress, adjust plans, and renew enrollments.
