Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing complex projects from planning to rollout.

The successful candidate will have experience in project management in a software development environment, including waterfall and agile methodologies.

You will be responsible for defining the perfect methodology for each client, ensuring successful and timely delivery.

Maintaining consistent communication with clients throughout the entirety of each project is essential.

Your challenges and objectives include:

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing them effectively.
  • Gaining thorough knowledge of our product and organization to pursue alignment and added value.
  • Delivering complex projects in a timely manner and covering the proper scope.
  • Continuously evolving on project management capabilities, increasing the complexity of projects undertaken.
  • Developing relationships with key stakeholders both within the company and with our customers.
  • Coordinating with customers to define project methodologies and plans, and agreeing on communication guidelines.
  • Creating project plans in agreement with customers and identifying critical paths.
  • Providing periodical project status reports.
  • Identifying, communicating, and mitigating potential risks and delays.
  • Verifying that the project is within scope.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in project management in a software development environment.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • A university degree.
  • Availability to work during Australian Eastern business hours.
