Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned operations professional to join our leadership team as an Operations Manager. This role will oversee the daily deployment of fiber/cabling technicians and project leads, ensuring seamless execution of multiple simultaneous projects across various U.S. cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage job deployment schedules for field teams
  • Track timelines, crew assignments, and materials across 10–20 jobs simultaneously
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution
  • Update dashboards with live project status
  • Collect and organize time sheets, labor logs, and project costs
  • Foster strong relationships with techs and leads to ensure high-quality work and client satisfaction
  • Provide daily and weekly operational reports to senior management

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or field management in structured cabling, fiber optics, or data center infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of telecom workflows and U.S. business operations
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools like ClickUp, Airtable, Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical background or prior experience working with U.S.-based staffing companies
  • Knowledge of OSHA/jobsite safety practices
  • Ability to work U.S. hours (or partial overlap)
