Digital Building Engineer Position

WHR Global Consulting is seeking a skilled Digital Building Engineer to join our team. As a Digital Building Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients and partners receive high-quality fault detection and diagnostics products.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and hands-on experience in HVAC, controls, or fault detection and diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery and support of high-quality fault detection and diagnostics products to clients and partners.
  • Collaboratively complete onboarding projects and communicate timelines and milestones.
  • Conduct onboarding activities such as Data Collection Service installation, data discovery, and organization.
  • Troubleshoot diagnostics for automated fault detection on customer HVAC equipment.
  • Review findings and validate results reported by the software.
  • Train and engage customers and partners on Data Transfer Service, data connectivity, and related networking issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and partners.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field, or 1–2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, controls, or fault detection and diagnostics.
