Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to support our senior leadership team in a high-growth customer experience management platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive support, including proactive calendar, inbox, and travel management.
  • Coordinate complex meeting schedules across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
  • Track and follow up on key projects, action items, and deliverables across technical departments.
  • Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and coordinate follow-ups for leadership, project, and board meetings.
  • Draft and proofread internal and external communications, reports, presentations, and technical documents.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
