Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished accounting professional to manage consolidated financials and lead a fast-growing organization. This role requires overseeing day-to-day holding company accounting, coordinating with operating company controllers, and playing a key role in monthly closes, tax support, and integration of new acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate financial statements across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with operating company controllers to close monthly books efficiently.
  • Oversee holding company accounting functions, including payroll and accounts payable.
  • Support annual tax filings, audits, and purchase price accounting during acquisitions, driving growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement scalable accounting policies and processes that align with business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
  • CPA designation is essential for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and independent decision-making skills are required.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software is necessary.
  • A self-starter comfortable in a dynamic environment with evolving policies will thrive in this position.
Preferred Experience
  • 4+ years in accounting leadership roles, preferably with exposure to M&A and consolidation.
  • Experience with multi-entity financial reporting and fast-paced growth environments is highly valued.
  • A background in acquisitive companies is preferred but not required.
