Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Client Success Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary customer-facing representative, building trusted relationships and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution: Field customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze workflows and identify areas for enhancement, providing valuable insights and feedback to improve service quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in IT services or enterprise technology.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong background in customer relationship management and issue resolution, with familiarity with IT service management platforms.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with distributed teams and global stakeholders.
