The Senior Customer Success Specialist plays a pivotal role in retaining and developing high-potential Commercial-Mid Market, Enterprise, and Strategic Accounts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner matters.
  • Onboard partners, transitioning them from a newly launched status.
  • Conduct thorough research on clients' companies to stay up-to-date on any rebranding, organizational changes, overall print needs, seasonality, etc.
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to partner needs and objectives.
  • Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track account metrics, reviewing sales reports to determine account management strategy.
  • Effectively handle escalations and difficult conversations independently.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of Account Management experience or equivalent.
  • Experience with or knowledge of Salesforce or related CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience working in commercial environments with strong targets.
  • Customer-facing experience in sales or retail.

Technical Skills:
  • Proven project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial acumen with understanding of profitable partnerships.
  • Understanding of graphic design, pre-press, print & manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
