We're seeking a commercially driven
Senior Account & Business Manager
to lead growth and client development to expand our portfolio of clients. This is a senior strategic role suited for a digital media leader with a proven ability to acquire
direct clients
, nurture high-value relationships, and deliver innovative
influencer marketing
and
content-led
solutions that drive real business outcomes.

You'll be at the forefront of shaping how brands connect with Southeast Asian audiences through creators, culture, and content.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead client acquisition efforts
    , focusing on bringing in direct brand clients across verticals such as FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, and travel.
  • Serve as a
    senior client partner
    , building long-term trusted relationships with marketing decision-makers and brand teams.
  • Translate business needs into tailored, integrated solutions that combine influencer marketing, content production, and platform strategy.
  • Work with internal creative, content, and campaign delivery teams to develop compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies that contribute to revenue and margin growth.
  • Represent the company externally at senior-level meetings, industry events, and conferences as a thought leader.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing client and business development team.

What You Bring:

  • A strong commercial track record in
    digital media, branded content, or influencer marketing
    , ideally with agency and/or publisher experience.
  • Demonstrated success in
    acquiring and growing direct client accounts
    , with an emphasis on recurring business and consultative selling.
  • Deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem, content marketing, and how creators can drive both brand affinity and performance.
  • Solid relationships with senior marketers and brand stakeholders, particularly in FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, and travel sectors.
  • Excellent pitch, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and drive for results.
