We are seeking a Customer Advocate to join our team at MEGA I.N.T.E.L Manpower Management Inc.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to promote our brand in retail stores and provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Appliance or any retail items/brand and be physically fit to work and able to lift heavy appliances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create sales strategies and use sales techniques to ensure that the monthly sales quota of the store has been met and aligned with the goals.
  • Check daily inventory, ensuring that the stocks are in good condition at all times, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of items both on display and on buffer stocks.
  • FIFO (First-in, First-out)
  • Conduct and submit month-end actual inventory.
  • Submission of monthly sell-out summary, warranty cards with complete details of the customer, and ending inventory with correct serial numbers.
  • Report stocks with damaged boxes, scratches, and dents.
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring thorough product knowledge and providing technical assistance to the customer as needed.
  • Explain to the customers in detail the warranties and replacement parts.
  • Ensure that all customer queries are well handled.
  • Maintain rapport with the store managers and other store personnel.
  • Review product portfolio as needed to ensure that all questions about the product will be well handled.
  • Attend all the office day product training and selling skills training conducted by the company.
  • Monitor daily competitors and activities and know how to sell the products.
  • Report units for customer repair.
  • Coordinate with the clients on approved repairs when the warranty has expired.
  • Monitor regularly the repairs submitted to and done by the after-sales service.
