The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with strong technical, analytical, and communication skills. They should have experience in analyzing and debugging analog and digital circuits, with knowledge of software development in languages like C++ or C#. Proficiency in schematic and layout tools, such as Orcad or Cadence ALLEGRO, is also required.
We are seeking a resourceful team-player who can collaborate effectively and motivate others to achieve common goals. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and debug cost-effective test hardware and software solutions for characterization, qualification, and production wafer probe, final test, and bench evaluation.
- Define test schematics and work with layout engineers to design printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Develop software solutions and test methodologies to enhance yields and support customer needs.
- Engage and support local and offshore manufacturing to maintain production yield, quality, and resolve product and test problems after production release.
- Manage and maintain project schedules that align with product introduction and release dates.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline with 5+ years of experience involving analyzing and debugging analog and digital circuits.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital devices, as well as software development in C++ or C#.
- Proficient in schematic and layout tools, such as Orcad or Cadence ALLEGRO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
