Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled High-Performance Engineering Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, experience in leading teams, and a passion for innovation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of high-performance software solutions, managing a team of engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of high-performance software solutions using Python and other relevant technologies.
  • Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to drive project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Mentor and coach engineers to improve their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Promote agile software development practices, such as Scrum and Kanban, to ensure efficient project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong background in software development, with expertise in Python and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience with cloud computing concepts and technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of modern infrastructure, including OpenStack or Kubernetes.
  • Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
