We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to oversee client accounts, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide strategic insights. This role combines hands-on accounting work with leadership and client relationship management.

  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and reporting.">
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accountants and bookkeepers to achieve departmental goals.">
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.">
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.">
  • Develop and implement financial controls and process improvements.">
  • Collaborate with management and clients to address financial inquiries, resolve issues, and provide strategic insights.">
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external accountants as needed.">

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).">
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.">
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and relevant accounting practices.">
  • Experience in property management accounting is a plus.">
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.">
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar).">
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.">
