We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics and animations that capture the essence of our brand.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to work on diverse projects, from social media content to explainer videos. They will be an expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create dynamic motion graphics, including titles, supers, and explainer animations
  • Translate storyboards and creative direction into engaging and effective motion graphics
  • Add life to static designs using kinetic typography, transitions, and animated infographics
  • Enhance videos with sound design, background audio, and integrated visual effects to elevate narrative engagement
  • Work with pre-created assets to add motion and animation, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of motion design experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography)
  • Ability to work with keyframes, null objects, After Effects scripting, compositing, and 3D space
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to take feedback, and implement revisions efficiently
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
