This role will support the video team, assist with animations, and help enhance various creative projects. The goal is to alleviate the workload from senior designers while ensuring the timely delivery of visually stunning content that aligns with client objectives.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of motion design experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Strong understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography).
Ability to work with keyframes, null objects, After Effects scripting, compositing, and 3D space.
Exceptional communication skills, ability to take feedback, and implement revisions efficiently.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Positive, humble, and collaborative team player with a solutions-based mindset.

Portfolio Requirement – Candidates must submit a motion reel and portfolio showcasing their animation work.

Responsibilities of the Motion Designer:

Motion Design & Animation

• Create dynamic motion graphics, including titles, supers, explainer animations, and social content
• Translate storyboards and creative direction into engaging and effective motion graphics
• Add life to static designs using kinetic typography, transitions, animated infographics, and character rigging when needed
• Enhance videos with sound design, background audio, and integrated visual effects to elevate narrative engagement
• Work with pre-created assets to add motion and animation, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
  
  

Project & Task Management

• Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple client projects simultaneously
• Communicate proactively with the team regarding progress, challenges, and deadlines
• Adapt to last-minute changes and incorporate client/internal feedback seamlessly
  
  

Creative Research & Innovation

• Stay updated on industry trends, animation techniques, and content marketing innovations
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to enhance motion graphics and design processes
  
  

Visual Effects (VFX) Integration for Marketing

• VFX is more than a creative bonus—it's a strategic advantage in marketing video production. You'll be expected to:
  • Implement eye-catching effects such as kinetic text bursts, digital overlays, environmental simulations, and surreal transitions to elevate brand storytelling
  • Seamlessly integrate UI elements into real-world environments (e.g., screen replacement, motion tracking)
  • Simulate scenes, environments, or abstract visualizations that support storytelling when live action isn't feasible
  • Use VFX to craft high-impact intros, transitions, or animations that grab viewer attention within the first 3 seconds—especially for social media and paid ad content
  • Optimize your work for visual clarity and platform-specific constraints (e.g., short-form vertical video, muted autoplay)
