About This Role

This is a challenging opportunity to drive the success of our baby products portfolio through branding, marketing, financial management, customer service, risk mitigation, and inventory optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse Product Data: Review Amazon ASIN-level data to diagnose issues and propose growth strategies.
  • Manage Listings: Oversee product listings on Amazon, monitoring key metrics and making pricing adjustments as needed.
  • Develop Growth Strategies: Implement sales-enhancing and cost-reducing initiatives, including price optimisation and PPC campaigns.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on product performance.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Stay ahead of potential issues by understanding the broader ecosystem and competitor dynamics.
  • Business Transition Management: Lead integration efforts when acquiring new product lines.
  • Legal and Compliance Coordination: Work with the legal team to address intellectual property issues and product suspensions.
  • Customer Experience: Collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager to deliver outstanding customer support.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or an analytical role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, exceptional communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort with data-driven tools and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
