Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and professional Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling consultations between contacts and members of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to schedule consultations
  • Accurately inputting information into our system
  • Representing the company in the best way possible when conversing with contacts
  • Ensuring all calls meet the standards and requirements of the company
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or any similar role;
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
  • Basic technical skills, including the ability to navigate a computer, use common software applications, and perform simple troubleshooting (e.g., checking internet connectivity, audio settings, or browser functions)
  • Strong internet connection
  • Designated professional and quiet workspace
  • Amenable to working on a graveyard shift
