Our company is seeking a skilled Architect to fill a crucial role in their team, focusing on ADU feasibility, site planning, architectural design, and permitting expertise.

Job Description

The selected individual will be responsible for managing independent projects with remote collaboration through project reviews, process improvements, and daily communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and prepare architectural drawings, integrate permitting processes, work with city planners, and create 2D and 3D renderings.
  • Model existing spaces using Revit from point cloud data, develop conceptual floor plans, elevations, and renderings, and participate in brainstorming sessions and team design reviews.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a multi-client architectural environment.
  • Proven ability to prepare detailed construction documents.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Experience modeling from point clouds in Revit.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Experience creating 2D/3D renderings and animation (CGI is a plus).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-directed and able to work autonomously in a remote environment.
  • Passion for learning and growing architectural knowledge.
