About the role

Join the dynamic team at D. C. Tiburcio Builders Inc. as an Architectural Apprentice. In this exciting full-time role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced architects and contribute to the design and development of innovative building projects in Antipolo City Rizal.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist senior architects in the conceptual and detailed design of residential, commercial, and institutional buildings
  2. Conduct site visits, gather project data, and prepare architectural drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
  3. Participate in project planning, problem-solving, and decision-making processes
  4. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  5. Expand your knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and industry best practices
  6. Contribute to the development of design concepts and presentations

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  2. Strong proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  6. Passion for architecture and a desire to contribute to the design and construction of innovative buildings
