Job Opportunity: Architectural Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support an architecture manager with daily administrative tasks.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational management and be proficient in email management and task management software.

About the Role
  • The Architectural Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the architecture manager, including sorting and prioritizing emails, drafting responses, and flagging urgent messages.
  • The role will also involve maintaining task management systems, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating project timelines.
  • In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling basic document organization and report preparation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator, or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Experience with email management and task management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
