Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory, supervise staff, and ensure efficient and timely shipments. This includes coordinating with project managers to ensure proper interfacing of activities, providing proactive advice on critical materials, and implementing the materials management guidelines.

About the Role:

  • Constant coordination with project managers to ensure smooth operation.
  • Giving proactive advice to senior team members on critical and priority materials.
  • Preparation of test samples and conducting required testing of materials.
  • Ensure that all testing certificates are provided and kept for future references.
  • Implementation of the materials management system.
  • Supervision of quarterly inventory checks to determine losses or savings incurred.
  • Preparation of schedules for transferring approved materials from one project to another.
  • Coordination with engineering and purchasing departments for cost savings.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by department heads as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering (or related field)
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction or real estate development
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
