Australian Payroll Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Australian payroll, including knowledge of Fair Work, superannuation, tax, and other relevant regulations. They will also possess strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to 100% accuracy.
- Processing and reviewing payroll for Australian businesses with 100% accuracy.
- Preparing payroll reports and ensuring timely submission.
- Assisting clients with payroll queries, adjustments, and compliance issues.
- Working closely with payroll partners and clients to ensure a seamless payroll experience.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and becoming their trusted payroll advisor.
- Identifying and reporting any risks, errors, or compliance concerns related to payroll processing.
- Following information security guidelines to protect sensitive payroll data.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-4 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance.
- Hands-on experience with Australian payroll.
- Familiarity with Fair Work, superannuation, tax, and other Australian payroll regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to 100% accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Proficient in Excel and able to work with payroll data confidently.
