Role Summary

This position is crucial in driving customer engagement among AIA PH Life Planners and Agency Leaders, focusing on maximizing resell and improving persistency.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Distributor Engagement Lead to plan and execute initiatives and campaigns targeting distribution partners, aiming to:

  • Foster strong relationships between distributors and AIA PH Life Planners and Agency Leaders.
  • Enhance distributor access and utilization of leads and customer offers to acquire new customers, grow Vitality enrollment & activation, improve existing customer engagement, increase cross sell and upsell, prevent lapse / attrition, and win back attrited / lapped customers.
Main Duties
  1. Distributor Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships between distributors and AIA PH Life Planners and Agency Leaders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  2. Campaign Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Distributor Engagement Lead to design and implement strategies to launch new initiatives and campaigns, leveraging distributor communication channels to share campaign updates and reminders.
  3. Incentive Program Development: Work with the Distributor Engagement Lead to conceptualize incentive promos that encourage distributors to utilize customer campaigns effectively. Ensure mechanics optimize ANP and/or VoNB contribution, minimize expense, and build business cases to demonstrate business impact and financial viability.
  4. Distributor Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with data and distribution teams to create dashboards and reporting that provide distributors with the information needed to drive increased action and activity. Ensure data accuracy and timely updates, leveraging data to engage in regular performance review discussions with sales leaders.
  5. Steerco Participation: Participate in the monthly Marketing and Distribution Steerco, which brings together key leaders from both teams to review campaign and lead utilization, business contribution, and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Financial Oversight: Partner with relevant teams to determine budget requirements for covered rebranding activities and present to approvers for funding. Monitor spend to ensure actual expenses do not exceed approved budgets.
  7. Risk Management: Ensure proper risk assessments are conducted on all activities under their remit, establish controls for identified risks, and ensure consistent implementation by the team.
  8. Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or another related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience managing distributor rewards and incentives, particularly in the insurance industry.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills (writing, proofreading, layout and design).
  • Excellent presentation public speaking skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with keen eye for detail and time management.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative.
