Content Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Develop structured systems for uploading and tagging digital content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content ideas aligned with current trends and client objectives
  • Review content for accuracy and consistency
  • Support script template creation for tone consistency
  • Maintain accurate databases and trackers for team coordination
  • Provide timely updates and task status via internal tools

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in content coordination or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proactive and creative thinker with a passion for content structure and trends

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST
