Job Purpose

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to collaborate with our cross-functional team in creating detailed test plans and cases. The successful candidate will review system specifications, conduct manual and automated testing before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Test complex software systems in agile development environments
  • Plan and design Test Strategies and QA procedures
  • Engage in requirements review and story refinement
  • Test planning and execution of Test Plan by coordinating with team members
  • Advocate for quality practices and articulate quality risks
  • Coordinate feature-level integration testing with QA Lead
  • Analyze, maintain, and track defects for testing
  • Validate conformance to requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Escalate issues or obstacles appropriately and timely

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience as Quality Assurance Tester or similar role with at least 5 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of QA process and collaborating with Development team
  • Basic knowledge of Katalon Automation, AWS, and SQL
  • Experience in project management and QA methodology
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Knowledge to troubleshoot potential issues and best practices around database operations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
