UX Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a background in Fintech and at least 2 years of experience as a UX Designer or any related role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work is required.
  • Proficiency in Figma and project management tools like Jira and Confluence is necessary.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices is essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing the UX design process for our digital products and services, including research, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals, and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  3. Conducting user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and gather feedback.
  4. Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools.
  5. Participating in design reviews and feedback sessions with the team.
  6. Continuously iterating and improving upon existing designs based on feedback and data.
  7. Staying up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and best practices.
  8. Supporting the marketing team with visual design for things like white papers, social media posts, and pitch decks.
