As a key member of our team, we are seeking a talented and driven Senior UI/UX Designer to lead a diverse range of website and design projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in web and content design, with a solid grasp of typography, composition, hierarchy, and balance. They will be responsible for delivering polished, high-performing web design solutions with best-practice UX/UI.

Responsibilities will include managing end-to-end website redesigns (primarily WordPress, sometimes Webflow), balancing hands-on design work with guiding the project direction and supporting the team when needed, working closely with developers to ensure smooth design-to-build handover, and designing iteratively.

Key skills and qualifications include 5+ years experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or media organization with a focus on design implementation for diverse clients and styles, proven UX Research & Strategy experience, understanding of content marketing design principles, and fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Business Suite.

This is a part-time remote position with overlap during UK working hours, requiring approximately ~48 hours/month. The start date is ASAP, and the salary is $600+. There is also an opportunity to grow to full-time based on performance.
