About This Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective customer support via various tools. You will also identify and resolve fraud and risk issues through investigative steps, conclusions, and remediation. Additionally, you will design and modify fraud prevention policies and procedures, audit, coach, and train junior staff members, collaborate with departments to process related tasks, review customer account applications using fraud software platforms, and track customer experiences across online and offline channels.
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with a top financial institution. You should also have in-depth knowledge of US banking regulations regarding fraud, working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic SQL skills, experience in customer-facing roles in depository accounts, excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, proficiency in written communication, fluency in English, and good diction, great organizational skills and time management abilities, experience using customer communication tools, task management tools, Google Drive, and Email, and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial services. A Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience in financial services is also required.
