Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) expert to own the end-to-end product development process. As a PLM Analyst, you will be responsible for serving as the system Super User, owning specification and Bill of Materials (BOM) creation for our products across multiple channels.

Daily & Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain parent-level specifications, purchasing stock keeping units (SKUs), BOMs, and key attributes in the PLM system (materials, surfaces, packaging, cost inputs)
  • Track revisions with full versioning logic across new product development (NPD), compliance upgrades, and sustaining changes

Data Quality & Calendar Management:

  • Uphold global data standards and field-level validation rules; audit for missing, stale, or duplicated entries
  • Support seasonal update cycles, specification finalization, and sample-triggered lock dates

Cross-Functional Support:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Merchandise Planning, Compliance, Quality, Sourcing, and third-party logistics (3PL) teams to ensure all product records meet commercialization and certification requirements
  • Join milestone and handoff meetings to capture change requests and align dependencies

System Admin & Training:

  • Act as the Asia-based Super User: handle tickets, train new users, document workflows, and test enhancements
  • Partner with the U.S. team on roadmap feedback, field structure upgrades, and audit history improvements
