Job Description:
  • Manage client portfolios from end to end, overseeing financial affairs and ensuring tax compliance
  • Prepare and complete year-end financial statements and tax returns in accordance with Australian tax laws
  • Manage BAS and IAS lodgments, payroll tax, FBT, Division 7A compliance, and liaise with the ATO
  • Conduct tax research, provide strategic tax planning, and advise on business structuring
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and internal system improvements
Advisory & Reporting:
  • Support delivery of virtual CFO services, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and KPI tracking
  • Prepare quarterly and monthly reporting packs offering insights into variances and performance trends
  • Utilize reporting tools to build and maintain financial dashboards and scenario models

A comprehensive understanding of Australian tax regulations is required. Experience with management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting is an advantage. Proficiency in Xero accounting software is essential.
