Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Description

This role involves managing and tracking accounts receivable, preparing and issuing accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling customer accounts, resolving any discrepancies or billing issues, and maintaining detailed and organized records of billing transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Intacct, etc.) is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
