Staff Accountant Role Overview

This role involves working as a Staff Accountant within our organization.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Review policy documentation including declaration pages and finance agreements
  • Create general ledger invoice transactions
  • Email invoices on a daily basis to clients or stakeholders
  • Perform billing corrections to the ledger system ensuring accuracy
  • Process a large volume of invoices daily (typically 75-100)
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A college degree is preferred; however, anyone with or without experience in accounting can apply
  • A basic understanding of accounting principles and/or previous experience as a Bookkeeper is advantageous
  • The position is open to entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow
