Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Healthcare Service Expert. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • To make outbound calls to healthcare providers discussing registration, login, assessment completion, and scoring results.
Requirements:
  • A valid Active PRC License
  • At least 2 years of bedside/clinical experience
  • Prior experience in BPO healthcare account management is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
