Remote Production Coordinator Job Description

The primary goal of the Remote Production Coordinator is to oversee the efficient coordination of a team of creatives, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting client expectations. This role involves managing production schedules, communicating with the creative team, and providing regular updates to clients and senior management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with creatives to optimize production workflows and meet project deadlines.
  • Managing client production schedules and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Maintaining open communication with clients and the creative team to address any issues or concerns.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering high-quality work, have in-depth knowledge of the creative development process, and be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with project management platforms and tools, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.

In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will have proven experience coordinating creative teams, preferably in an agency environment, and knowledge of the creative process and what constitutes good creative work.
