
Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a customer support professional to join our team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will own customer communications from initial request through to resolution.

About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for providing product expertise to customers, supporting them via various channels, and collecting feedback to influence product development. You will also play a key role in scaling our support function, maintaining knowledge base resources, and collaborating closely with teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain product expertise in all areas.
- Support customers through various communication channels, including Intercom and phone conversations.
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product development.
- Identify issues and escalate bugs or problems to the development team as needed.
- Develop and improve processes to scale support with the growing business.
- Create and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation, such as knowledge base articles.
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Proficiency with software systems such as Zapier, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Intercom.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to listen to concerns and handle criticism professionally.
- Engage in robust and articulate dialogue while maintaining an open mind.
