Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the management of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables on a project basis.

This role involves leading the coordination, submission, and quality oversight of all CDRL deliverables to ensure compliance with contract, technical, and quality standards in accordance with DoD and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of DoD DIDs, CDRL formats, and reporting standards, as well as experience in defense or military infrastructure projects.

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive plan for the development, formatting, submission, and tracking of all CDRL deliverables in accordance with contract specifications.
  • Implement and maintain a Quality Assurance system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Conduct regular internal quality reviews of reports, data, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to ensure deliverables meet contract specifications and quality standards.
  • Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews to ensure alignment with DoD, ISO, and client standards.
  • Document and track quality metrics, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing CDRLs and QA for U.S. Government or international projects
  • Experience in defense or military infrastructure projects is highly desirable
