Job Title: CDRL and QA Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled CDRL and QA Manager to lead the coordination, submission, and quality oversight of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables of a project.

This role ensures all documentation meets contract, technical, and quality standards in compliance with DoD and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

As a CDRL and QA Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the development, formatting, submission, and tracking of all CDRL deliverables in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Maintaining and improving a QA system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Conducting internal quality reviews of reports, data, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinating with technical leads to ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and compliant with contract specifications.
  • Supporting audits, inspections, and internal reviews to ensure alignment with DoD, ISO and client standards.
  • Documenting and tracking quality metrics, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing CDRLs and QA for U.S. Government or international projects within the last 10 years.
  • Experience in defense or military infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of DoD DIDs, CDRL formats, and reporting standards.
  • Skilled in ISO 9001:2015 quality systems, audits, and document control.
  • Proficient in reviewing technical deliverables and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiar with DoD and other US Federal Agencies compliance and reporting processes.
