Job Title: Quality Assurance and Contract Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the coordination, submission, and quality oversight of all contract data requirements list (CDRL) deliverables for a nationwide project.

This role ensures that all documentation meets contract, technical, and quality standards in compliance with DoD and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing CDRLs and QA for U.S. Government or international projects, with a strong understanding of DoD DIDs, CDRL formats, and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development, formatting, submission, and tracking of all CDRL deliverables in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Maintain and improve a QA system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Conduct internal quality reviews of reports, data, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with technical leads to ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and compliant with contract specifications.
  • Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews to ensure alignment with DoD, ISO, and client standards.
  • Document and track quality metrics, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Promote continuous improvement practices across project teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing CDRLs and QA for U.S. Government or international projects (within the last 10 years).
  • Experience in defense or military infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of DoD DIDs, CDRL formats, and reporting standards.
  • Skilled in ISO 9001:2015 quality systems, audits, and document control.
  • Proficient in reviewing technical deliverables and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiar with DoD and other US Federal Agencies compliance and reporting processes.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willing to complete mandatory courses and certifications as required.
