Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, including managing tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring lease compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tenant relationships and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure minimal disruption to tenants.
  • Ensure lease compliance and manage lease renewals in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle financial transactions, including rent collections, accounts payable/receivable, and invoicing.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and increase property occupancy rates.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to handle tenant inquiries and manage maintenance schedules.
  • Experience in financial and data management, including rent collection, invoicing, and managing property transactions.
  • Skilled in creating marketing strategies to attract new tenants and increase property occupancy rates.
  • Knowledgeable in relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Proficient in managing vendor relationships and processing payroll for maintenance technicians.
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented with experience using property management software and virtual tools.
