Additionally, they will partner with other departments to ensure site safety, health, and security management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Canvassing and reordering supplies
  • Preparation of purchase orders and inventory management
  • Processing requests for company IDs and locker assignments, updating databases
  • Making travel arrangements and offering assistance to facilities heads and security team members
  • Representing department managers and maintaining polite and professional communication

Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. They should also possess 1-2 years of experience in a BPO industry and/or administrative work. Furthermore, they must be willing to work flexible hours and onsite, able to work under pressure, detail-oriented, computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications, and possess above-average verbal and written communication skills.

Skills and Abilities:

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of PEZA documents and regulations, basic occupational safety and health-BOSH SO2, and electrical and aircon maintenance skills.
