Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Account Collector to join our team. As an Account Collector, you will be responsible for contacting clients and collecting outstanding payments in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contacting clients via phone or email to discuss outstanding accounts.
  • Negotiating payment plans with clients to ensure timely payments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and account status.
  • Working closely with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
  • At least 9 months of experience in collections or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with collection laws and regulations.
Work from Home Requirements:
  • Operating System: Windows 11 OS.
  • Processor: Intel Core i3, i5, i7 or dual-core processor.
  • Memory (RAM): Minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Storage: At least 80 GB hard drive space.
  • USB Ports & Peripherals: At least one available USB port.
  • Internet Connection: Internet access via cable or fiber only.
