Your Impact:
- Maintain a large volume of renewals to ensure customer retention
- High call and email volume daily, minimum 30 per day
- Maintain accurate customer master records including licenses, software expiration dates, shipping address, updating customer contact information
- Work with customers to resolve issues preventing them from maintaining a relationship with SolarWinds
- Follow up on assigned customer software renewal quotes and/or generate custom quotes and present them to the customer
- Verify pricing, licenses, and expiration dates with customers and resellers globally
- Resolve order issues with customer service and order management
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and committing deals daily and weekly
- Perform administrative support duties as requested
- Achieve monthly quotas and cumulative target
- Use Microsoft Office Applications effectively for internal and external engagement
- Communicate professionally to achieve targets set
