Benefits Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic support to our clients' Workday technology by delivering innovative ideas and effective solutions.

  • Expertise in the Workday HCM product suite, with deep knowledge and experience in U.S. Benefits is required.

This role involves leading the gathering and documentation of client business requirements, designing and configuring the Workday solution, demonstrating configurations through the development of prototype systems, assisting in testing the Workday solution, and completing knowledge transfer to clients.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our data conversion team to help convert legacy data into Workday and assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.

Mentoring new consultants and serving as a professional role model, this individual will also coach others on product knowledge, communicate clearly and concisely, and facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure Workday solutions that meet client business needs
  • Develop prototype systems to demonstrate configurations
  • Assist in testing Workday solutions and complete knowledge transfer to clients
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model
  • Communicate clearly and concisely to clients and colleagues
