Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of District Program Manager. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate instructors and track student progress to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide quality customer service and support to students, parents, and teachers.
  • Actively engage with regional operations to drive growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives that meet the needs of students and school district partners.
  • Maintain high standards of operational excellence, including people, financial, and academic metrics.
  • Manage class schedules, virtual tutoring sessions, and student data to optimize efficiency and usage targets.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust academic plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with partner program directors to review progress and renew enrollments.
  • Perform other duties as required to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Able to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.
  • Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
  • Prioritize key objectives and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficient in using all communication media, including phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Able to build trust and engagement in virtual relationships.
  • Works well in a team environment and can adapt to changes in the work environment.
  • Able to acquire new skills as required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; 2-3 years progressive career growth preferred.
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment essential.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
