Key Responsibilities:
- Input client information into our CRM system.
- Manage email communication and draft follow-ups.
- Assist in drafting scopes of work and client documentation.
- Implement task and project management software.
Client Communication:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to text messages.
- Navigate client inquiries related to tax services.
- Transfer leads to team members for further nurturing.
Social Media Management:
- Post content on social media platforms daily.
- Respond to messages and comments on social media.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- 5+ years experience in administrative roles.
- 1+ years experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Keeper, and TaxDome.
This role requires adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
